Rapport Brabin puis grâce posthume de Timothy Evans : reconnaissance officielle d'une erreur judiciaire
Une nouvelle enquête conduite par Mr Justice Brabin conclut qu'il était plus probable qu'improbable qu'Evans n'ait pas tué sa fille Geraldine, l'infraction pour laquelle il avait été condamné et exécuté. Le gouvernement recommanda une grâce posthume, accordée en octobre 1966.
