La VTEK conclut le 9 juin que Ruginienė a gravement violé la loi sur la conciliation des intérêts publics et privés en approuvant elle-même des délégations officielles incluant des membres de sa famille pour des voyages en Italie et au Vatican, dont les frais ont été supportés par l’État. L’affaire alimente une procédure d’interpellation au Seimas. Ruginienė conteste la décision et saisit le tribunal administratif le 26 juin.
